Our Hidden Gem Pinot Noir is a ruby colored medium bodied wine which incapsulates the flavors of the surrounding Santa Maria Valley. With the grapes being harvested in a cool climate, the phenolic compounds of black raspberry, black cherry, and pomegranates are present.
